About the YMA
Ybor Merchants Association, Inc. is a nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida. The purpose of this organization is to develop, promote and preserve creative events that seek to support the general social, economic and cultural well-being of Ybor City.
Eligibility for Membership
Application for voting membership shall be open to any current retail business and goods and services in good standing in the Ybor City area. Membership is granted after completion and receipt of a membership application and annual dues.
Meetings
Regular meetings of the members shall be held monthly, at a time and place designated by the president.
Special meetings may be called by the president, the Executive Committee, or a simple majority of the members.
